Onieda Falls is located in Ricketts Glen State Park.  It is the second falls reached from the Lake Rose parking area, a little over 1/2 mile down the trail.  Debra and I arrived on a sunny late morning in mid-May 2016..  The brilliant sunshine  made getting an appealing exposure very difficult.
This wide curtain falls drops 13 feet.  The swirling waters below the pool make for an attractive foreground.
